Please help me choose a color of wood floor!?
I have to give the contractor the color you would like to go. He suggests Early American, seems to be the standard oak floor color. The whole house is being remodeled. Is a floor of oak (white oak, red oak I do not think). The hardware is mostly bronze some white finishes, as a couple ceiling fans. All trim and doors is a bright white point. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom are cream colored with a dark glaze on them to the ancients. Hardwoods are throughout the house and a wall color called coffee with milk (a little darker than the cream). Until now Everything is very neutral. Preparation for sale after it was finished. The beginnings of America is a good basic color. If I go a little darker. Like Provincial. If you are flipping the house, Early American is good.
